During initial setup and cut-over dates please co-ordinate with us as we can arrange for particular setup support either remotely or on-site.

Annual Maintenance & Support

Smart Digital Signage offers Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS) for our products. AMS allows for regular updates to the software, and for phone technical support.

    • AMS provides peace of mind, and ensures that your products are up to date, and always current as well as Smart Digital Signage providing first line and fast support.
    • Smart Digital Signage technicians are also available as second line support should we encounter a problem that needs escalation.
    • AMS does not include on-site support for problems that are outside software issues. If you are unsure please contact us for details.
